Johnston Press PLC on Friday said its digital advertising revenue rose and that trading for this year is on track to meet expectations.
Excluding classified, the Edinburgh-based newspaper company registered a rise of 10 percent in digital advertising revenue for the 17 week period ended April 30.
Including classifieds, digital revenue was up 3%.
Total revenue for the period, including i newspaper, were up 0.2% for the period. Excluding i, total revenue was down 12%.
